INSTITUTIONAL GOVERNANCE

Bilal Sacco Marks a Major Milestone Through Strategic Planning and Review

In a historic chapter of our institutional journey, Bilal Sacco Limited has successfully launched and systematically executed its first-ever Five-Year Strategic Plan, anchoring the cooperative on transparency and growth.

Building a Stronger, Smarter, and Sustainable Sacco

The roadmap process kicked off with an intensive two-day Strategic Planning Workshop held at Samburu Secondary School, technically guided by Mr. Ambrose David, the County Cooperative Officer from Machakos County. Following overwhelming approval by the general body during the AGM, execution officially launched in July 2024

To maintain strict accountability and adaptive performance, the leadership team subsequently held a performance evaluation workshop at the Qwetu Beach Restaurant. Steered by Vice Chairman Mr. Yusuf Abwanzo, this audit assessed first-year milestones and forged critical operational targets to ensure the Sacco continuously shields and grows member assets.
